Role Overview

We are hiring multiple positions for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for both permanent and contract roles.

The ideal candidate will have 510 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong functional expertise across key modules. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCMManage support and enhancement activitiesGather business requirements and design solutionsPerform end-to-end solution testingValidate existing solutions and recommend improvementsHandle end-to-end integrations and custom extensionsManage data loads, reporting, and integrationsCoordinate with clients and maintain documentationMandatory Skills

Functional Expertise
