Requirements :
Support incident triage by gathering information, reviewing alerts, and documenting impact
Help track and update tickets related to network incidents, service requests, and operational tasks
Assist with basic troubleshooting of connectivity and performance issues under guidance from experienced engineers
Support planned maintenance activities through pre-checks, post-checks, and validation tasks
Update network documentation, topology diagrams, inventory records and operational reports/procedures
Participate in team meetings, operational reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Shadow team members to learn network operations tools, workflows, and best practices.
