Overview

As a Senior Developer (L09) at PepsiCo, you will design, develop, and support scalable enterprise-grade digital applications across web, backend, and native mobile platforms. This role is responsible for building secure, high-performance full-stack solutions using Java-based microservices, Cosmos DB, and native mobile application technologies (iOS/Android).

You will work closely with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital products supporting PepsiCo’s global operations.

Responsibilities

Backend Development

Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java / Spring Boot.Build event-driven and cloud-native applications integrated with Azure services.Implement secure authentication and authorization frameworks.

Database Development

Design and optimize NoSQL data models in Cosmos DB.Ensure high availability, partitioning, indexing, and query optimization.Manage data synchronization across distributed systems.

Front-End / Full Stack Development

Develop responsive web interfaces integrated with backend APIs.Collaborate on UI architecture for scalable front-end systems.

Native Mobile Application Development

Build and maintain native mobile apps using:iOSJava AndroidIntegrate mobile apps with enterprise APIs and cloud backend services.Optimize app performance, offline sync, and push notifications.

Qualifications
