Full job description

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Data Management.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica SaaS solutions, preferably in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Customer 360

Experience implementing full lifecycle MDM projects.

Hands-on experience as an MDM expert/specialist or a similar role, specifically with Informatica IDMC MDM Customer 360 and/or Multidomain MDM and/or Reference 360 CDI, CAI, including handling critical production data issues, hot fixes, and patches.

Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data governance principles, and data integration strategies.

Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data matching techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Strong ability and passion to document things and present to different audiences.

Strong understanding of MDM best practices and industry standards in the customer domain.

Experience in integrating external business applications with MDM.

Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other MDM tools, especially around Customer in FMHCO.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI and Snowflake is desirable.

Familiarity with other related Informatica services is a plus.

Relevant certifications in Informatica MDM, such as Informatica IDMC MDM Developer or Administrator, are a plus.

Familiarity with other MDM solutions is a plus.
