Full job description
What You Will Own
Corporate decks and collateral. Own the full library - corporate profile, capability decks per product line (EW, SDR, C-UAS, ELINT/COMINT, ground stations), forces briefing decks, event decks, and design support for investor materials. Maintain version discipline, a consistent visual system, and audience-specific variant.Website and digital presence. Own the website end-to-end - architecture, content, refresh cycles and our social media presence specifically X and LinkedIn presence. Build a publishing rhythm that projects seriousness and momentum without ever compromising programme confidentiality or customer sensitivities.Events and exhibitions. Own Constelli's presence at defence exhibitions and industry forums (Aero India, DefExpo, EW/C-UAS seminars, industry-body events) - booth design, collateral, demo coordination with engineering, delegation logistics, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-through.Brand and messaging governance. Codify the Constelli brand - messaging hierarchy, tone, templates, claims discipline (what we can say publicly vs. what stays in the room). Ensure every outbound artefact, from a datasheet to a LinkedIn post, is technically accurate and cleared appropriately.Awards, media, and ecosystem visibility. Drive industry award applications, media interactions, thought-leadership placement for leadership, and content that positions Constelli within the Atmanirbhar Bharat / iDEX / defence-indigenisation narrative.Team building. Recruit, mentor, and direct the MarComm Associate; build processes and an AI-assisted content workflow so a two-person team punches well above its weight.
What We Are Looking For
46 years in B2B / B2G marketing and communications, with relevant exposure-defence, aerospace, deep-tech, industrial technology, or comparable technical domains. Consumer or agency-only backgrounds without technical B2B depth will find this role difficult.Demonstrated ability to speak our language: you can sit with an engineer, understand what an SDR or a counter-drone system actually does, and translate it into a narrative a Air Marshal, an industry peer, or an investor each respond to without dumbing it down or over-claiming.Strong instinct for the defence context: discretion, confidentiality, security sensitivity around customers and programmes, and the understanding that in this industry, credibility compounds and hype destroys.Excellent deck craft. You should be genuinely good at PowerPoint - structure, story, and visual polish because decks are our primary currency.Hands-on execution mindset. This is a builder role, not a delegator role; you will make things yourself, with AI tools as a force multiplier.Strong written English; ability to manage designers, printers, event vendors, and web developers.Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer-facing events.Bonus: prior work with defence or aerospace industries, exposure to iDEX/MoD ecosystem communications, familiarity with AI content and design tools as part of a production workflow. .
