Department Overview McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations, compliance, governance, and service delivery for a large, multi-state and potentially global workforce. The Payroll Manager is responsible for ensuring payroll processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with changing regulatory requirements.This role provides leadership across payroll operations and drives operational excellence while partnering with Global Business Services, Human Resources, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, and external payroll providers. Duties •    Provide coaching, development, and direction to team members to exceed customer satisfaction, meet department objectives and deliver quality results.

•    Assists team in researching and resolving questions or making determinations on the more difficult and complex issues

•    Develop and implement CI initiatives with team and Finance Experience Management (including US based team).

•    Collaborate with Finance Experience Management (including US based team) to ensure the alignment and execution of team priorities and GBS goals.

•    Monitor metrics for all tasks to ensure performance within team SLA's and objectives Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.

•    8 - 12 years relevant minimum experience required
