About The Role

The Manager Governance – IMPACT (Innovation Management, Process excellence And Continuous Transformation) owns IMPACT governance, standards, and orchestration to ensure consistent intake, prioritisation, and value tracking across transformation initiatives. The role will be based out of our global hub at Hyderabad. It reports into the Director – IMPACT (Process & Operations Excellence), GBS.

Your responsibilities

Design and govern IMPACT standards, frameworks, and controlsCoordinate demand intake and prioritisation with PMO and Value Realization OfficeTrack initiative performance and benefits realisationEnsure consistency and compliance with OneGBS operating modelEnable transparent reporting and executive decision making

The experience we're looking for

10+ years in governance, transformation, continuous improvements and portfolio management rolesExperience operating enterprise governance and controlsStrong coordination across cross‑functional stakeholdersComfort working with senior leadership forumsExperience working in complex, matrixed, GBS, or global organizationsGovernance & portfolio managementValue tracking & benefits realisationTransformation frameworksExecutive reportingEnterprise orchestration
