Overview

The EMEA S&T finance Manager is responsible to lead and manage S&T costs that includes FTE costs, Global allocations, IT investments, IT Capex, software and licences, Discretionary and all other costs (Consultant, OBS, Contractor spend, Leasing & Rental) etc. This individual will be responsible to work closely with the EMEA S&T team and with the function lead in ICC. He will be responsible to support Month-End Close, Forecast, Reporting & Pre MEC work. He will also partner wth ICC Manager in discussions with senior stakeholders to challenge overspend, make recommendations on savings and present financials with meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

Adhere to monthly timelines of Month-End close, Forecast, Reporting & Pre -MEC workDownload reports from SAP and generate spend reports by functionEnsure that the numbers in reports are reconciling with source systemsWork closely with budget owners to challenge the spend, whilst supporting the function owner in ICCSupport standardization and optimization, working with Opex ManagerImprove the ways of working across the team by identifying opportunitiesPartner closely with EMEA BU FP&A teams to ensure accurate P&L reporting and adherence to processesDevelop an understanding of different global functions financial objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partnerCreate and maintain relationships with budget owners, function heads, ICC C&B team ensuring a business partner relationship with all of themPromote and adhere to ICC ways of working, culture and values

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with strong preference for Masters degreeMin 6 years of relevant finance experienceStrong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cyclesProficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applicationsIBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience highly preferredSkilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experienceShould be a good team player
