Full job description
Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead and evolve our user research practice within the digital commerce landscape. This role will serve as a key strategic partner to product and business leaders, driving the development of user-centered insights across the full interaction portfolio. The role focuses primarily on the EU market, aligning and executing research activities that directly shape our roadmap, improve user experience, and deliver commercial value.
You will champion best-in-class research practices and leverage your deep experience in eCommerce and UX to support key product decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end UX research process: From framing research questions to delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making at the leadership level. Plan and lead complex UX and A/B testing, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with market goals and timelines. Translate commercial briefs into robust research hypotheses, with clear testing strategies and outcome measures. Produce strategic and tactical research deliverables, synthesizing findings into compelling narratives and best practice recommendations. Act as a voice of the consumer, ensuring that user needs and behaviors are deeply embedded in product planning and prioritization. Lead research governance by contributing to monthly roadmap planning, prioritization sessions, and sprint ceremonies. Help build and maintain a central research knowledge base, codifying insights, methods, and frameworks for repeatable success. Mentor junior researchers, and contribute to growing a culture of user-centered design and evidence-based thinking across the business
Qualifications
5+ years of UX research experience with a strong foundation in eCommerce or digital commerce environments. Deep knowledge of UX research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative approaches, usability testing, A/B testing, survey design, ethnographic studies, and journey mapping. Demonstrated ability to work at both strategic and executional levels, influencing product roadmaps and business priorities. Strong stakeholder management across large, cross-functional teams with varying priorities. Experience working in agile environments, managing competing priorities, and adjusting to fast-moving roadmaps. Excellent analytical and communication skills with a data-informed mindset and ability to distill complexity into clarity. Background in working with external research vendors and tools (e.g. User Zoom, User Testing, Dragonfly AI). Familiarity with UX and design tooling (Figma, Miro, Dovetail, Confluence, etc.) and how they integrate into broader product workflows.
