Full job description

About KekaKeka is India's #1 People Operations Platform, trusted by 10,000+ businesses to manage their HR, payroll, attendance, and performance processes. We are on a mission to make HR delightful — and we're looking for passionate people to help us scale that mission through world-class marketing.

About the roleThis role reports to Keka's Revenue Operations leader, and stays an integral, hands-on part of the CRO Office, running the CRO's most critical initiatives day to day.

The CRO's job is to grow the business. This role exists so that job doesn't quietly turn into running the operating system for the entire revenue organization as well. You'll sit right next to the CRO as a genuine strategy and business operations partner, carrying an explicit mandate to run the CRO Office: finding the most important problems facing the revenue org, structuring them, working out what to do about them, pulling in the right people, and seeing them through to an outcome.

This is deliberately not a coordination or scheduling role. Insights from Revenue Operations should shape strategy, and strategy should decide where the CRO's organization puts its energy, which is why both live with this role rather than being split across two people. The test we'll hold this role to is simple: does it create more coordination around the CRO, or more capacity for the CRO? We're looking for someone who creates capacity.

As Keka grows and the revenue organisation gets more complex, more regional, and more layered, we'd expect the scope of this role to evolve, and for parts of it to eventually split into more specialized roles. For now, it's built to give the CRO leverage across strategy, operations, and execution in one place.

What you'll doAct as the CRO's strategy and business operations partner: help identify the most important problems facing the revenue organisation, structure them clearly, and drive them through to a real outcome..Let RevOps insight inform strategy, and use that strategy to decide where the revenue organisation should focus, rather than treating the two as separate workstreams.Run point on the CRO Office: take ownership of the CRO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives, and mobilise the right people across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to move them forward with minimal day-to-day involvement from the CRO.Build and run the operating rhythm for the revenue organisation: business reviews, QBRs, and planning cycles, so the right conversations happen with the right data behind them.Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on planning: territory and quota design, capacity planning, and pricing or packaging decisions.Take on ambiguous, cross-functional problems that don't have a natural home elsewhere, and bring structure to them without needing to be told how.Exercise real authority to drive the CRO's agenda. This is a mandate to lead initiatives, not just track them.

What we're looking for8-10 years, spanning strategy, revenue operations, or general management, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS businessMeaningful experience across strategy, revenue or business operations, or general management, ideally including time in consulting or a senior operating role inside a fast-growing SaaS company.A track record of taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems from diagnosis to execution with genuine ownership, not just coordinating other people's work.Strong analytical instincts and comfort with data: you can build the models and dashboards that tell you what's actually happening in the business. The seniority and judgment to operate as a real partner to the CRO and earn credibility with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leaders.High EQ paired with strong IQ: someone who reads people and situations as well as they read data, and can get very different functions to move together without needing formal authority over them.Sharp written and verbal communication. You'll regularly turn a messy, open-ended problem into a clear recommendation for senior leadership.Comfortable with ambiguity and confident enough to push back or flag risks early, rather than waiting to be told what to do.
