Job TitleMaintenance Technician / Trainee MaintenanceJob DescriptionMcDonald's India is seeking energetic, responsible, and growth-minded individuals to join our maintenance team in Hyderabad as a Trainee Maintenance / Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our restaurant operations, ensuring our equipment runs smoothly, and maintaining high standards across our locations.This is a Full-Time, Permanent position (not a contract role) offering excellent stability, benefits, and a clear path for career development.Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Unit Operations: Take ownership of the maintenance and repair needs for two assigned branches.
Technical Maintenance: Perform routine and breakdown maintenance across electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize restaurant downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: ITI Certification in any technical stream (Electrician, Fitter, Refrigeration & AC, Mechanic, or any related trade).
Skills: Must possess a strong basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of maintenance experience. Prior experience in FMCG or Retail sectors is highly preferred, but freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Communication: Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Salary & Perks:
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Take-Home)
Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000 per month including performance-based incentives (Incentives apply post a 3-month probation period).
