Lead Software Engineer - Full-stack Dev

Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with a strong full-stack development background to lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications across the entire software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities**

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Drive architectural decisions and best practices for both front-end and back-end development. Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full application stack. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant focus on full-stack engineering. Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role, including mentoring and guiding junior developers. Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and responsive web design. Strong proficiency in back-end programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Node.js) and associated frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, Spring Boot, Django, Express.js). Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment.
