Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to manage the implementation of technology solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects/products, mitigating risks to optimize productivity and performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for effectively managing and implementing technology solutions for assigned products, ensuring that they meet all the strategic objectives over time. You will interact with functional SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and BU (Business Unit) Finance Heads to understand business requirements for implementation. You will be responsible for executing Digital transformation/IT projects to disrupt, transform or simplify business processes. The primary objective of your role is to increase productivity and improve performance of the team members of your assigned projects/products. You will assess support in change management to mitigate disruption due to implementation of new projects. You will be responsible for seeking feedback from business on IT enablement of new initiatives and initiating improvements to systems, applications and policies as required for Project Delivery. You will identify operational risks and enable your team to drive issues to resolution, while balancing multiple priorities. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance processes for system validations, and initiating and participating in root-cause analysis for critical incidents. You will be a communication bridge between senior management, business users, and the solution team, driving solution development to positively impact project goals. You will be responsible for driving improvement across all governance and performance metrics for the assigned products/projects. You will be responsible for developing a cohesive team and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred

Minimum work experience: 7 to 10 years of experience

Skills & attributes:

Technical Skills

Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Knowledge in a wide range of exponential technologies such as ML, NLP, AR/MR, RPA, Mobility, Digital Twins, Robotics and Low Code.

Behavioural Skills

Leadership and coaching skills to empower team members and foster their performance and professional growth. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and pressure, considering various factors and stakeholders' perspectives. Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines. Analytical mind-set and creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive innovative solutions.
