Position Overview:

As a Full Stack Lead Engineer, you will own features end-to-endfrom design to deployment- with a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies, a keen eye for performance optimisation, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality web applications. Youll work closely with our tech leads, designers, and product managers to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cloud-native environment (preferably Azure) and enjoys collaborating across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java & AngularTranslate product requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutionsDesign and develop RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, and ensure backend performance and securityDesign, develop, and maintain robust frontend applications using Angular / Vue.jsIntegrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.Implement and manage state using NgRx or similar state management libraries.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to release management processes.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessionsMonitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues as neededStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesMentor junior engineers and help improve our engineering practices

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in software development, computer science, or information systemsOver 12 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in core programming languagesStrong backend development skills with JavaSolid understanding of ApI Designs, Api Security and OOPS Concepts.Experience building and maintaining full-stack applicationsProficient with relational databases (SQL Server) and basic caching strategiesCloud experience, preferably Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Key Vault)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent), Git, and containerization (Docker)Proven experience in front-end development with Angular (Angular 12+) / Vue.js (v3.5)Strong proficiency in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx or other state management libraries, and Angular Material.Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend service integration.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and responsive design principles.Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, and Cypress, including writing unit and integration tests.Strong understanding of software engineering standards, agile methodologies, and release management.Experience with code reviews, testing standards, and performance optimisation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Vue.js is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
