Department Overview Identity Goverance Administration (IGA) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an Engineer, who is a subject matter expert with Identity Governance solutions, such as Saviynt and SailPoint. Duties Support project efforts through building modernized IAM capabilities utilizing standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growthBuild and implement identity governance controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundationImplement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systemsSupport on-going operations enhancements and bug fixesCollaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle managementCollaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and human resource teams to support GRC (governance, risk, compliance) controls, security requirements, and end-to-end data integrity Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including technical requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, and maturing enterprise identity management/governance technologies4+ years of deep technical experience with Saviynt, SailPoint Identity-IQ, IdentityNow and/or other similar solutions1+ years of Saviynt experience is preferredSaviynt L200 certifcation is preferredHands-on experience integrating applications standard connectors, building full lifecycle management workflows, and establishing RBAC/ABAC frameworksExperience with JSON, JavaScript/BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, and/or SQL scriptingExperience building custom SCIM, ReST and SOAP API connectors is preferredFunctional knowledge of identity and access data correlation, normalization, and building identity and access modelsKnowledge of identity certification/attestation practicesCollaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teamsExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business termsGreat technical and system documentation skillsMcDonald’s is the world’s leading global foodservice retailer with over 40,000 locations in over 100 countries.
