Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as GTM (Go-To-Market) Trainees. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, market research, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing go-to-market strategies for products and services.
Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Support lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
Maintain lead databases, track customer interactions, and prepare reports.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to growth objectives.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline; MBA graduates may also apply.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Interest in business development, sales, marketing, and market research.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Work Location
Hyderabad, Telangana.
Compensation
20,000 per month during the 1-year training period, with an opportunity for full-time employment at up to 4.5 -5 LPA, subject to performance and company requirements.
