Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Game Producer - Slots and Casino Games who can own the complete game development lifecycle, from initial concept through production, certification, and go-live.

Responsibilities:

Create innovative game concepts, themes, mechanics, features, and player experiences for online casino games.

Own the complete game lifecycle: Concept, Math Art, Development, QA, Certification, and Release.

Work closely with Product, Math, Art, Animation, Development, Sound, and QA teams to deliver high-quality games.

Prepare clear game concepts/specifications covering mechanics, features, bonus rounds, UI/UX, game flow, and player experience.

Collaborate with Math/Product teams on RTP, volatility, hit frequency, pay models, bonus mechanics, and overall game performance.

Ensure games comply with jurisdictional, regulatory, responsible-gaming, and certification requirements across regulated markets.

Review games throughout production and provide direction to ensure gameplay, presentation, quality, and market suitability.

Track competitor products, player trends, successful mechanics, and emerging innovations within the iGaming industry.

Take ownership of production schedules and ensure games are delivered on time and at the required quality level.

Requirements:

Strong experience in online Slots and Casino game production/product development.

Excellent understanding of slot mathematics, mechanics, features, RTP, volatility, jackpots, and bonus systems.

Broad knowledge of iGaming products including Slots, Table Games, Crash Games, Instant/Arcade Games, Video Poker, Bingo, Jackpot Games, and other casino products.

Good understanding of regulated-market and jurisdictional requirements, certification processes, and game compliance.

Strong understanding of different player preferences and market trends across European and international iGaming markets.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Ability to independently take a game from an initial idea all the way to certification and live release.
