🚀 Sales Executive – Solar Finance | Bajaj Finance

Role: Sales Executive – Solar Finance

Location: Andhra Pradesh

Job Responsibilities / Key KRAs:

Achieve assigned business numbers/targets every month.

Generate new customers and develop business through dealers and market visits.

Ensure PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) are collected and submitted within the required timelines.

Ensure timely EMI collection from customers and maintain good collection efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with solar dealers and customers.

Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure proper documentation and follow company processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth login, approval, disbursement and PDD closure.

Maintain regular follow-up and provide daily business updates.

1. Numbers – Business generation & achievement

2. PDD – Timely collection and closure of pending documents

3. Collection – Timely EMI collection and portfolio quality

👤 Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in BFSI / Sales / Field Sales / Consumer Finance / Solar Finance preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also be considered.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
