Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models for design validation, process optimization, and simulation accelerationBuild intelligent design assistants and co-pilot systems for engineersAutomate design, routing, simulation, and validation workflowsCreate data pipelines integrating design, simulation, and manufacturing dataApply DOE, SPC, and ML-driven analytics for yield and quality improvementCollaborate across design, simulation, and manufacturing teamsTranslate engineering problems into scalable AI and automation solutions

Mandatory Requirements

Understanding of IC packaging, layout, routing, and simulation is preferredHands-on experience with Machine Learning and Data AnalyticsProficiency in Python and engineering automation scriptingExperience with data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor packaging or ASIC/DRAM/NAND domainsExposure to digital twins or physics-informed MLExperience building engineering-focused AI tools or platforms

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Semiconductor Engineering
