Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Electrical and Plumbing Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The position involves designing, reviewing, and optimizing electrical and plumbing systems for residential and mixed-use building projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design with architectural and structural teams, preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities at project sites. The engineer will conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency of building services. The role also includes liaising with consultants, vendors, and contractors, supporting project scheduling and cost control, and mentoring junior engineers within the team.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Plumbing and Plumbing Design for residential and mixed-use developments.Knowledge of Water Supply systems design, distribution, and conservation practices.Hands-on experience in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration with Building Services.Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools).Thorough understanding of local and national building codes, safety regulations, and green building standards.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.Significant experience in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects in the construction or infrastructure sector.Ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced, on-site project
