The Distributed Order Management (DOM) Systems Admin will be responsible for managing the upkeep, configuration, and maintenance of the DOM Application. This individual will work with Cross functional teams such as eCommerce, DC, Store operations, Customer care and finance to ensure smooth operation of eCommerce/Omni-channel order and inventory management. This position will ensure that appropriate monitoring is in place for batch processing, data issues, data uploads, integrity, etc., as well as implement MA released patches, help troubleshoot problems reported by users, and maintain system efficiency. This position will also coordinate the timing and dependencies of future upgrades.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain the Distributed Order Management (DOM) system which includes monitoring batch processing, data issues, data uploads, integrity, etc.Manage the MA released patchesKnowledge of Manhattan Active omni or similar products such as Sterling commerce OMS and Omni channel use cases is mandatoryWork with onshore cross functional teams teams to help troubleshoot problems reported by users and maintain system efficiencyCoordinate the timing and dependencies of future upgradesDetermine the system requirements for designing and developing hardware, software, and telecommunications solutionsHelp Extract data from databases for report generation and recommend improvements to reportsFully manage the plan to install, configure, maintain, and distribute DOM and MIF applications.Help diagnose and repair problems and deploy upgrades to existing networksLiaise between systems group and end usersProvide technical support as needed and advise on the use of programming tools and database systemsManage the plan to have after-hours support as needed to usersProvide training to end users as needed
