Overview:

One of PepsiCo’s priorities focus areas in the digital strategy is Sales Effectives. Sales Effectiveness (SE) exists to improve front line performance of daily tasks, increasing sales through prescriptive recommendations for prospecting, selling, servicing, and merchandising. Within SE, there are several digital products being developed. Within SE, there are several digital products being developed. This position is to support Product AiQ and BluePrint. Account IQ will create a common interface for our businesses to drive effectiveness of our Key Account Managers. and BluePrint is an application to enable digital transformation of our AFH Partners. The position of Product Sr. Analyst, AiQ will orchestrate all aspects of product management ranging from supporting the roadmap while also ensuring unified understanding and delivery across teams (architecture, data foundation, service design, operations) and also overseeing the global expansion. This product will serve as the foundational capability and product for our SE transformation to unlock business value via a unified solution.

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership

Serve as a subject matter expert of our current & planned AiQ & BluePrint capabilities

Facilitate meetings with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather product requirements and business use cases

Prioritize and create clear user stories and acceptance criteria day-by-day and manage progress through agile ceremonies by working with leads, developers, and scrum masters

Define, create, and manage the product backlog through weekly backlog sessions

Manage QA by accepting the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria

Provide feedback at demos related to product delivery, usability, and functionality, and escalate any discrepancies to Product Manager to ensure business goals are met

Outline PI Objectives and lead validation efforts with all stakeholders; co-lead PI planning

In partnership with the Scrum Master, identify risks and concerns for product delivery as related to individual teams

Surface blockers and provide recommended solutions based on trade-offs to optimize customer experience, and time-to-market

Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teams

Update Product Documentation as necessary including technical requirements, roadmaps, feature availability, and metadata management

Compensation and Benefits:

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications:

BA or MBA in Business Management or a related field

9+ years of work experience as a Product Analyst / Owner bringing software products to market

Agile methodology experience from defining user stories, to sizing, Sprint Planning and Sprint Execution to go live and hyper care

Strong communicator with excellent people skills to interact with various teams inside the company, clients, and vendors.

Metrics-driven: strong analytical and synthesis skills (both qualitative & quantitative), including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information

Undergraduate degree required, ideally in technical or process focused areas

Business curiosity via related leadership experience
