Dr Reddy's is hiring for the role of Digital Process Excellence Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
The intern will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct workshops, gather business requirements, analyze process pain points, identify automation and improvement opportunities, and support the development of process governance artifacts such as SOPs, RACI matrices, process maps, dashboards, and improvement roadmaps.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and a keen interest in business process transformation, digital technologies, and enterprise operation
Requirements:
Bachelor's: B.Tech
Masters: MBA/PGDM in Operations and or Business Analytics.
