Full job description

Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and support MES applications and integrations.

Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to understand business requirements.

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.

Monitor application performance, system health, and production environments.

Manage source control repositories and branching strategies.

Troubleshoot MES application issues, deployment failures, and infrastructure problems.

Work with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies.

Ensure system security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.

Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.

Requirements:

Strong experience in MES systems (Siemens Opcenter / Camstar or similar).

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with Linux administration and shell scripting.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK Stack.

Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
