Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and US-based teams to gather and analyze requirements, assess business processes, and support the successful delivery of software solutions. The role will also use AI-powered productivity tools to improve requirements documentation, analysis, stakeholder communication, and process-improvement activities.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and supporting process documentation.Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and review sessions to clarify scope, assumptions, dependencies, and expected outcomes.Create and maintain process-flow diagrams, business process models, requirement traceability matrices, data mappings, and other analysis artifacts.Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical future-state solutions aligned with business objectives.Support project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly during requirements, design clarification, testing, implementation, and post-release validation.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing business scenarios and test cases, validating expected outcomes, tracking defects, coordinating clarifications, and confirming fixes.Communicate effectively with developers, QA teams, product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements.Work collaboratively with US-based teams and provide necessary support across time zones.Use AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or approved enterprise AI assistants, to support meeting synthesis, research, requirements refinement, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Assist in identifying suitable opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements, workflow automation, and decision support.Support the definition of business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, data needs, process controls, and success measures for AI-enabled features.Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, consistency, and alignment with approved business requirements, with appropriate human oversight.Consider data privacy, security, transparency, responsible AI, and governance requirements when supporting AI-related business use cases.

Basic Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or comparable requirements-focused role.MBA in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or an equivalent qualification.Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and change management.Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, test scenarios, and process-flow diagrams.Understanding of requirement traceability and the ability to maintain alignment among business objectives, requirements, solution behavior, and test coverage.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, ERP systems, integrations, or data analytics tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is preferred.Ability to prepare process-flow diagrams and reports using tools such as Lucid chart; familiarity with UML is an advantage.Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI-powered business applications.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or comparable approved enterprise AI productivity tools.Ability to use AI tools appropriately for requirements documentation, meeting summarization, research, analysis, and communication while independently validating generated content.Awareness of responsible AI concepts, including privacy, security, transparency, human oversight, and potential bias.Excellent written and verbal English communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in requirements analysis or process improvement within ERP or enterprise application environments.Exposure to Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes is a plus.Exposure to process-modeling tools, BPMN concepts, or UML diagrams.Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools to improve analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Exposure to intelligent automation, workflow optimization, process mining, or AI-enabled business applications.Experience in creating business use cases, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios for AI or automation solutions.Basic familiarity with prompt-writing techniques for business analysis and productivity use cases.Awareness of AI governance, data privacy, explainability, and risk-management practices.Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft AI-related credentials, or equivalent professional certifications are a plus.
