Overview
This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting PepsiCo Foods North America business team and PepsiCo Foods North America including Canada. The MDM Analyst is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely execution of store creation, modifications and correct follow-up in each case. This includes required information in for store creation, Name change, Address, link chain hierarchy in systems. This role bridges the gap between planned promotions and in-market execution, ensuring alignment across TPM tools and financial systems. The MDM analyst will be expected to work on transformation initiatives of their respective processes and bring in their learnings to streamline, automate and effectively lay down processes with the supervisor’s support.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Master Data Management processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Manage and prioritize service requests, tickets, and inquiries while meeting established SLAs, OLAs and FTR. Process requests and provide operational support to Key Account Managers and business stakeholders. Administer contract and promotion management activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned regions and stakeholders, providing issue resolution and support. Maintain proactive stakeholder communication, gather feedback, and enhance service delivery. Monitor, track, and resolve operational and customer issues, providing reporting and performance insights. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate across teams and contribute to Global Sales Support objectives and organizational success.
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Operations Finance/Sales (for L5)Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing master’s degree is a plusPrior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience preferredAnalytical Skills: Good data skills and ability to work through large data setsCommunication: Strong communication skills and collaboration skillsAdvanced English language proficiency, both written and oral communication.Excellent organization and prioritization skillsProactive, responsive and results drivenHighly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPointProficient in creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using the PepsiCo standard resources.Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlinesNumerate thinker with strong attention to detailProactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional mannerAbility to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams to help develop processes and initiativesBe flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
