General Summary:

Identifies, develops, and implements process improvement initiatives or solutions designed to enhance data collection, system, and process performance. Creates scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs that balance people, process, and systems. Measures and reviews data and performance metrics on an ongoing basis to identify and resolve issues. Drives solution deployment across the organization including documentation and user training.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

OR

Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related business process analysis experience.

In this dynamic role, you will become an expert in Agiloft , Qualcomm's CLM platform, and serve as a key member of the CLM Operations team. You will provide operational support, configuration assistance, testing, documentation, training, and data quality oversight to ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and effective for users globally.

Working closely with business users, contract managers, system administrators, IT teams, and third-party vendors, you will troubleshoot issues, validate enhancements, maintain documentation, develop training materials, execute testing activities, and support ongoing platform improvements. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality system data, adherence to established policies and security requirements, and a positive end-user experience.

This role is part of Qualcomm’s global CLM team with members located in both Hyderabad and San Diego. Regular collaboration across time zones is required. Candidates should be comfortable participating in evening meetings approximately twice per week, with additional flexibility as needed to support project activities, production issues, training, testing, upgrades, and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with experience supporting enterprise business systems such as Agiloft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar low-code platforms. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with both technical and business users, takes ownership of assigned work, maintains high standards for quality and accuracy, and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations, or related field

2+ years of Supply Chain, Information Technology, Operations, or related work experience

1+ year of experience supporting, configuring, testing, or administering enterprise business applications such as Agiloft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar low-code platforms

1+ year customer-facing support experience

1+ year of experience with data analysis, reporting, or data quality activities

1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization

Experience creating user documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, or support content

Experience performing system testing, validation, QA, or user acceptance testing activities

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms

Comfortable working with global teams and supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day operational support for Qualcomm's Contract Lifecycle Management platform

Assesses, troubleshoots, and resolves end-user issues, questions, and enhancement requests while meeting established service levels

Performs configuration and administrative activities within Agiloft and other supported platforms following established governance processes

Executes QA, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing activities for system enhancements, upgrades, and defect fixes

Creates, maintains, and executes test scripts and test plans

Develops and maintains user documentation, process guides, knowledge articles, training materials, and quick reference guides

Delivers end-user training and supports adoption of new features and functionality

Performs data quality reviews and supports contract data cleanup and governance initiatives

Helps ensure platform configurations, data, and operational processes comply with security, governance, and policy requirements

Runs reports, performs data analysis, and supports business reporting needs

Participates in system releases, upgrades, validation efforts, and production support activities

Collaborates effectively with business stakeholders, contract managers, attorneys, IT teams, and external vendors

Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and process improvements

Actively manages individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Seeks learning opportunities within the industry and explores, evaluates, and recommends new technologies and trends
