Overview
Execute quarterly and annual reporting vertical responsibilities (of the Insights Services Hub) for two categories (Cereals
and Snacks).
Accelerate PepsiCo business growth by contributing to SA team for creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic
and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources.
These individuals will have short-term responsible for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of
recurring reports. Once established, they will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc
questions and overall automation of delivery.
Responsibilities
Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)Provide business performance explanations, incorporating considerations beyond data into the reporting
Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunitiesMonitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervalsProvide deep dive analysis and responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant dataSupport team efforts/agency interactions for some of the recurring work like AOP/JBP etc.Lead/Support Analytics presentations and reporting with Categoty teamSupport Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirementsDeliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and end service users
Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content managementResponsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables
Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business PartnersFlag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer
Process management Due Dieligence and Data qulity assurance For retail Audit and Kantar Husehold PanelHelp Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operationsImprove existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loopSupport simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders)
Qualifications
A junior/mid-level Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company or research agencies i.e. NIQ, IPSOS,IRI.7 years+ experienceEducation: MA in economics, sociology, math, marketing or managementPotential to develop leadership and influencing profile in line with Insights Leader of the future definition: Motivates action through fact-based, inspirational material; Has a track record of identifying and championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making. Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others.
