Overview:

India, one of PepsiCo’s core business regions, is focused on continuously building and developing its product portfolio in line with evolving consumer needs. To support this ambition, the business is seeking strong expertise and partnership from the S&T India team. To meet this need, we are investing in a Subject Matter Expert who will be responsible for managing projects and delivering tailored learnings to the Business Unit.

The role will work closely with the Business Unit and key vendor partners to deliver reporting, analytics and day to day customer support. Based in Hyderabad, the role requires extensive experience in creative testing, brand health and innovation testing (Quantitative consumer research), along with strong project management and analytical capabilities.

The role will be critical in enhancing the impact and efficiency of these capabilities through knowledge sharing across ICC and PepsiCo markets, delivering ad hoc projects using available data, and developing compelling, actionable stories for the Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

Work on project-based report storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Sector Insights teams in India.

Build expertise in the ADA Creative, Innovation & BBE Tools – methodology/interpretation and answer sector and BU questions and provide analytical support as needed

Present some report sections under the supervision of a manager to key stakeholders in the insights team + support Insights team /present the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed

Work closely with other Insights team members to lift and shift internal best practices.

Stakeholder Management

Address routine queries of stakeholders, requestors and end service users

Qualifications:

5 - 6 years Insights experience with prior experience in creative / innovation testing / brand health tracking - preferably in a market research agency like Kantar, Ipsos or Nielsen.

Existing research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience of working with global, regional and local insights professionals required

Demonstrated skills with written communication – especially in PowerPoint and email

Strong verbal and written communication – English

Project Management

Highly analytical, motivated and decisive with excellent project management skills.

Proven experience of planning and conducting research projects achieving goals and objectives

Organized: Capable of juggling multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders, ensure delivery while proactively managing trade-offs.

Execution

Demonstrated ability to manage projects and overcome challenges

Ability to run at least 40% - 50% of consumer research analyses alone by leveraging various available data sources

Ability to learn new tools quickly and start working in the different ways enabled by these tools (leverage the self-serve platforms)
