Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Technology Manager to join our Digital Business Solutions team. In this role, you will support the development, optimization, and performance monitoring of airline digital products and features across web and mobile platforms. Your focus will be on driving data-informed decisions to enhance customer experience, boost digital conversion, and align product capabilities with commercial business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Business managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather, define, and analyze product requirements.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and insights, particularly related to key airline product features such as booking flows, ancillaries, flight status, online check-in, and loyalty programs.Translate business needs and objectives into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.Monitor, track, and report on product performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, Net Promoter Score, ancillary attachment rates, digital adoption).Partner with customer insights and analytics teams to interpret user behavior, identify pain points, and propose actionable improvements.Support the development of business cases and value propositions for new initiatives or product enhancements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge on airline and travel industry trends, with a focus on digital innovation and customer experience best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.4–5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or data analytics—preferably within the airline, travel, or e-commerce industries.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn data into strategic insights.Familiarity with airline commercial systems such as Passenger Service Systems (PSS), NDC protocols, and digital booking flows is highly desirable.Experience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
