Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and visionary City Head to lead our operations in Hyderabad, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building high-performing teams, and establishing our organization as a market leader in the region. The ideal candidate will combine decisive leadership with a motivational approach, fostering a culture of excellence while delivering measurable business results.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets for the Hyderabad regionLead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development opportunitiesOversee budget management, financial planning, and P&L responsibility to ensure profitability and operational efficiencyIdentify market opportunities, analyze competitive landscape, and drive business development initiatives to expand market shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and government agenciesEnsure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards across all city operationsMonitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to optimize operational performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams and other regional leaders to align strategies and share best practicesRepresent the organization in community and industry forums, enhancing brand visibility and reputationDrive organizational change initiatives and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

8-12 years of progressive leadership experience in a corporate environmentMinimum 5 years of experience managing city-level or regional operations with P&L responsibilityProven track record of developing and executing successful business strategiesStrong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive profitabilityExcellent team leadership and people management skills with ability to build and motivate high-performing teamsStrategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and make informed decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong business development and sales acumen with experience in revenue growthKnowledge of the local Hyderabad market, business environment, and regulatory landscape (preferred)Experience in change management and organizational transformation (preferred)Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools (preferred)Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
