Business Development Executive

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges• Minimum of 6 months experience• Prior Real Estate experience/Knowledge preferred• Persistent and diplomatic• Good negotiator• Excellent networking skills• Loves travelling• Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES• Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities• Able to find the real estate within the given specifications• Negotiate with the landlords on any issues• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords• Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis• Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites• Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility

(You can earn incentives upto 3.5LPA apart from the fixed CTC)
