Full job description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for AI-driven finance solutions from scoping through go-live and hypercare. Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client success metrics. Act as the final escalation point for at-risk engagements.

Organizational Scaling: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of implementation consultants, project managers, and domain experts. Define career frameworks, manage capacity planning, and foster a culture of technical excellence and operational agility.

Pre-Sales and Expansion: Partner with Sales during scoping and POC phases to align client expectations with platform capabilities. Drive post-go-live adoption and identify upsell opportunities to expand the platform.

Methodology and Governance: Define and institutionalize scalable delivery frameworks, project governance standards, and performance KPIs (on-time delivery, utilization, CSAT, and time-to-value) that support rapid growth.

Product Synergy: Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering, channeling field feedback to accelerate AI agent development and improve platform configurability.

Stakeholder Management: Manage complex, multi-geography program portfolios with proactive risk mitigation and transparent executive-level communication across internal and client stakeholders.
