Overview
Support tracking, reporting, and analysis of manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and waste metrics. The role focuses on preparing scorecards, supporting periodic reporting, and assisting with governance and compliance activities under guidance from stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Support monitoring of Manufacturing True Efficiency metrics and assist in basic variance analysis.Help track Base Productivity on a periodic basis using standard templates and tools.Prepare Weekly PBNA E2E cases to Headcount scorecards with accuracy and timelinessCompile and update Weekly Waste Scorecards to track operational lossesAssist in preparing Periodic Waste Scorecards for trend and performance trackingSupport Waste Periodic Forecasting by collecting inputs and updating forecast fileAssist with Quarterly Close and Reporting by validating data and preparing standard reportsSupport Quarterly PowerSteering validations by checking data consistency across systemsExecute assigned SOX control activities and testing following defined proceduresEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting timelinesCoordinate with operations, finance, and productivity teams to collect required inputs
Qualifications
