Associate Director, Vendor Integration & Strategic Liaison Lead

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Excellence

Lead the assessment, redesign, and optimization of sourcing and cat egory management processes. Implement best practices, standardization, and automation to drive efficiency and compliance. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Digital Transformation & Analytics

Partner with IT and platform owners to deploy and enhance digital sourcing tools and analytics platforms. Leverage data and advanced analytics to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Champion automation and digital workflows to streamline sourcing and category management.

Performance Management

Define and track KPIs for process performance, user experience, and adoption. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to the Sr Director and leadership team. Drive accountability for continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

Innovation & External Benchmarking

Proactively seek out and introduce innovative solutions, technologies, and best practices. Maintain an active external presence—participate in industry forums, conferences, and professional networks. Benchmark processes against industry leaders to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Engage with stakeholders across procurement, IT, finance, legal, and business units to ensure seamless process integration. Facilitate forums for alignment, decision-making, and best practice sharing.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and tools. Communicate process changes effectively and support global training initiatives. Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance process outcomes.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or process transformation.Proven track record in process optimization, digital enablement, and performance management.Strong knowledge of sourcing and category management workflows, compliance, and automation.Experience implementing digital procurement platforms and analytics tools.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in a global, matrixed environment.
