Role Overview

The ServiceNow Value Team is searching for an experienced Integrated Risk Management (IRM)Development Lead within the Product Team to be responsible for leading the development team for IRM.

Under the direction of the Security & Compliance Product Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation of a technical roadmap, define as well as maintain a backlog of capabilities, and to manage the IRM Development Squad at the HTC.

Major Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Gain deep subject-matter expertise within security and compliance processes, systems, and data. Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery Support the Product Manager as he/she partners with key stakeholders in ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure(DR), and Global Security to support product roadmap based upon business priorities Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often. Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions. Plan and manage workload for development team in HTC ensuring ability to meet demand and that there is depth on the team to cover the capabilities Drive release and operational support planning and execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies Minimum of 3+ years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM module. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders
