Overview

The Pricing Coordinator – Trade Promotion Management (TPM) is responsible for end-to-end execution, governance, and optimization of pricing and trade promotion activities. This role ensures accurate promotional pricing, contract administration, trade compliance, and high-quality service delivery through strong cross-functional and customer collaboration. The position plays a critical role in enabling flawless trade execution, data integrity, and continuous improvement across TPM processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute pricing activities across the TPM lifecycle with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and complianceSet up, review, and maintain promotional pricing, trade allowances, rebates, and customer-specific dealsValidate pricing inputs for promotional events, contracts, and claimsInvestigate pricing discrepancies, identify root causes, and support timely resolutionEnsure adherence to approved pricing strategies, trade terms, and governance standardsDraft, review, and submit trade promotion contracts required for QC verificationEnsure contracts accurately reflect approved events, pricing, and trade termsManage promotional calendars and ensure updates are accurately reflected across all relevant systems (TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals, SAP/ERP)Support claim-related checks and trade spend validations

Planning, Analytics & Reporting

Build, maintain, and update Sales Planner / Prosper planning modelsCommunicate pricing and promotion changes clearly to Finance and Revenue Management teamsPrepare pricing and promotion reports, dashboards, and analytical trackersPerform action-oriented cause-of-change analysis to support business decisionsMonitor business trends, customer developments, competitive activities, and historical category insights

Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration

Build strong working relationships with Sales, Finance, Revenue Management, Category, and Customer TeamsAct as a key point of contact for customer teams to ensure strong execution of tactical trade programsManage expectations through clear verbal and written communicationSupport alignment across functions to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or FinanceMaster’s degree preferred

Experience

3–6 years of experience in Pricing, Trade Promotion Management, Trade Administration, Sales Operations, or Finance OperationsPrior FMCG industry experience strongly preferred
