Overview
As a Jr. Planogram Analyst, deliver visually appealing and versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and defined customer flow. Work closely with Category Management and Space teams to ensure planograms meet approved parameters and guidelines. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of planogram outputs. Upload planograms into the designated tool for front-end users and leverage strong Excel skills to efficiently manage and execute the POG upload process.
Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding:Deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flowConduct planogram quality control ensuring all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities and shelving metricsEnsure timelines are met by tracking project process, coordinating activities, and resolving issues Leverage data to allocate right space for right product.Ability to balance against speed of execution and quality of service delivery.Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work.Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals Be a backup for category/region by gaining Process Knowledge and acquiring Category knowledge by participating on all project calls. Actively learn and apply intermediate level of expertise in JDA, MS Excel, all other relevant applications.Seamless interaction and work closely with HBS Project leads.Uploading planograms within the defined SLA and ensuring accuracy throughout the upload process.Identifying opportunities to develop shortcuts, improve processes, and increase overall efficiency.
Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience in Retail or CPG or FMCG Industry.Bachelor’s Degree (3-4 year degree)Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate-advanced Excel skills necessaryExcellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner.Basic level skill in Microsoft Office.Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel.Ability to learnLogical reasoning/Analytical bent of mind.
