Full job description
Store Improvement Plan: Develop and execute tailored store improvement plans to drive and achieve NSV sales targets.
Performance Tracking: Set and monitor store-wise weekly targets and KPIs to ensure positive growth.
Merchandising and Inventory: Ensure timely Inwarding, display, and tracking of HIT rate options to achieve a 70% benchmark in the first 10 days.
Stock and Sales Management: Provide store-specific feedback to the planning team for accurate stock levels and track the sales of unsold options to improve sell-through rates.
Business Performance: Implement store-specific plans to maintain single bill contribution below 20% and drive non-app business with accurate stock levels and effective execution.
Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, ensure timely off-ranging and outward fulfillment, and collaborate with VM teams to maintain store look and feel as per SDM guidelines.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure strong adherence to fire and safety SOPs, minimize shrinkage below 0.20%, and maintain discipline in commercial audits.
Team Development and Diversity: Foster employee engagement and development to reduce attrition to 30% and maintain a gender diversity ratio of 35%.
