Overview

The role will serve as a strategic S&T Lead for the GMD/Asia Foods agenda across APAC, partnering closely with the Central Supply Chain Hub team and cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, and Supply Chain functions within the Region.

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation initiatives focused on import/export planning capabilities for Asia Foods. The individual will ensure alignment with established export market processes across APAC while enabling end-to-end automation and standardization of import/export planning capabilities for emerging markets. Acting as a key bridge between strategy and execution, the role will lead the deployment of scalable solutions across markets and functions, collaborating closely with capabilities such as ISCP, SAP, RPA, Digital Product Catalog and Power BI.

The position requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in supply chain planning and execution systems, with a focus on delivering operational excellence, scalable transformation, and measurable business outcomes.

Works closely with Central Supply Chain Hub and Asia Foods organization in APAC Region and manages the Supply Planning related IT support for the integrated end-to-end supply chain workflow of Asia Foods import/ export countries and helps business in achieving the key KPIsOperational and Value focused role that is dedicated to support GMD business organization in APAC Acting as a single point of focus to the GMD Business, IT teams (JDA/BY, SAP and KPI) serve as the common thread throughout adoption to ensure business results are achievedWorks as IT Specialist for Supply Planning for GMD enablement workflow using JDA/BY and SAPSP Analyst role is strategic and is expected to scale up as the GMD business grows in APAC SP Analyst has to work closely with current ISCP team of sector and ensures that all the new requirements coming from GMD business are included in ISCP and also any change in sector ISCP solution should not adversely impact the GMD workflowas GMD Import/ Export specialist within IT for APAC sectorWorks collaboratively with GMD organization on identifying the new requirements and supporting them in sustaining the existing solutionWorking closely with ISCP and SAP team to protect the GMD workflow and ensures testing every change that is happening in ISPC or SAP and its impact on GMD workflowWork collaboratively with Product Catalog, Data & Digital, SAP and ISCP teams and represent IT from Supply Planning point of viewDrives new ideas to improve the current workflows and how to bring in more automation to bring down the overall costManages business relationships with IT teams, vendors and 3rd party providersOversees prioritization and delivery of solutions for area(s) of ownership to ensure value realizationSupports development of strategic roadmap (i.e., defines the case for change, gains investment approval, identifies pursuit opportunities)Serves as an escalation point for projects (via steering committee participation) to help resolve issues requiring business partner engagementAnticipates needs by supporting Proof of Concept and investigating potential solutions in order to communicate solution recommendationsSupports compliance, risk management and security strategies and programs, championing risk management and security disciplineAnalyzes components of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) impacting process reengineeringParticipates in business process design workshops with internal or external teamsParticipates in change management analysis during process design
