AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) – Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities:Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.Resolve payment issues and ensure timely reimbursement.Appeal denied claims and correct claim errors.Familiarity with CARC / RARC codes, EOB / ERA interpretation and payer guidelines.Knowledge on UB 04/CMS1500Understanding of medical billing workflows (OPD/IPD), insurance reimbursement methodologies, and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT). Eligibility & Skills:Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERPs, and specialized billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).Minimum 1+ years of AR Physician/Hospital Calling experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage high call volumes in a voice process.Strong analytical skills.Comfortable working rotational shifts.Education:Undergraduate or Graduate.Salary Range: 22,000 to 50,000 gross PM + Incentives up to 5,000 PM
