Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the cmdb work queue (tickets and/or emails), providing timely responses and resolutionsMaintain and support operations designed to keep an accurate and healthy cmdbDevelop a progressive understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and functionality as it relates to the IT Asset Management, CMDB and ServiceNow management toolsCreate reports for used and needed by CMDB stakeholdersDevelop and maintain documentation related to IT Asset Management policies, standards and practices for effective asset life-cycle managementProduce reports and artifacts as needed to support internal/external auditsDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of IT Asset Management policies, best practices and procedures
Knowledge And Experience
2+ years of CMDB experience working in ServiceNowStrongs understanding of IT Asset Management, CMDB and asset/CI life-cycle practicesAs needed, develop solutions independently or collaborativelyData analysis and reporting skills to support investigations and remediationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work independently on multiple projects with and ability to perform well under pressure
Desirable Skills And Experience
