Job Description: Accounts Payable SpecialistWe are looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join our Accounts Payable team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of finance and be eager to learn and grow in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day Accounting for all invoices received with proper cost centre in Dynamics/NetSuiteSupporting finance team with day-to-day operationsHandling Cross Functional queries related to financial mattersPrepare financial summaries, reports, and statements.Manage accounts payable functionClear all invoices shared within timelinesAssist in bank and vendor reconciliations.Do month end accounting activities like creating prepaid tracker, provisions, bank reconciliation etcHandling Vendor queries related to financial mattersEnsuring accuracy in financial recordsRequirements:3-6 years of prior relevant experienceGraduate in Commerce/Finance or a related field preferredProper knowledge of finance and accounting conceptsGood communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
