Furlenco is a different furniture company. We enable the urban Indian to live better today in their homes, by giving them award-winning furniture and home decor with a basket of access to rent, buy, sell and buy back.

All of our furniture is designed in-house by experts. We don’t just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. We have launched our first ever offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites !

We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage a combination of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. This role will have a 60% focus on Talent Acquisition and 40% on HR Operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, working closely with business teams and managing employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition – 60%

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, employee networks and other channels.

Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role fit.

Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple rounds.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate trackers, recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.

Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation within approved budgets and coordinate offer rollouts.

Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding closure.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio and closures.

Support campus hiring, bulk hiring and other recruitment initiatives as required.

HR Operations – 40%

Support employee lifecycle management including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations and exits.

Coordinate and maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, background verification and other pre-employment checks.

Work with internal teams to resolve employee queries related to HR processes and policies.

Support HRMS-related activities and maintain accurate employee data.

Assist with attendance, leave and other HR operations processes.

Coordinate with payroll and other internal stakeholders for employee-related inputs.

Support employee engagement activities, HR initiatives and internal events.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers and MIS as required.

Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and employee records are maintained accurately.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A proactive approach with a strong problem-solving and execution mindset.

Good to Have

Experience in startup, retail, e-commerce, consumer internet or high-volume hiring environments.

Experience handling both corporate and frontline/operations hiring.

Exposure to HRMS platforms such as Keka.

Experience in campus hiring or bulk recruitment.
