LEGAL MANAGER

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 4+ Years (Mainly into Litigation & Dispute management)

Workdays: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Laptop: Mandatory

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal Manager with strong hands-on experience in Litigation and Dispute Management to manage legal disputes and provide strategic legal support to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee litigation and dispute matters from initiation to resolution.

Handle contractual, commercial, consumer, employment and other legal disputes.

Coordinate with external counsel and manage ongoing legal proceedings.

Assist with litigation strategy, legal research, documentation and evidence management.

Draft and review legal notices, replies and other legal documents.

Support settlement and dispute resolution negotiations.

Advise internal teams on legal risks and recommend practical solutions.

Track ongoing cases, hearings, deadlines and legal developments.

Support regulatory compliance and other corporate legal matters as required.

Requirements

LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.

4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Litigation & Dispute Management.

Experience handling contractual/commercial disputes is preferred.

Strong legal research, drafting and negotiation skills.

Experience coordinating with external legal counsel.

International litigation/dispute management experience will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
