Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the Indian market to understand their child’s learning

needs and recommend the most suitable BrightChamps programs. The role focuses on consultative counselling,

high‐quality conversations, and driving enrolments in a target‐oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with Indian parents through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and video

meetings to explain BrightChamps programs, curriculum, and learning outcomes.

Understand the child’s current academic level, interests, and goals, and recommend the right courses

and learning paths.

Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections, clarifying doubts, and clearly

communicating the value and benefits of the programs.

Maintain disciplined follow‐up and ensure all lead details, interactions, and status updates are

accurately recorded in the CRM.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for revenue, conversion, and call‐handling productivity in a

performance‐driven setup.

Collaborate with Operations, Support, and Academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment and

onboarding experience for Indian parents and students.

Work schedule & Requirements

Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).

Shift timing: 12:00 am to 10:00 PM IST (timings might change based on business need).

Mode: WFO

Laptop: Laptop & WiFi mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition and a stable broadband connection.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
