Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Lead – Quality. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in quality management within the automobile sector, preferably in the wiring harness industry. This role requires strong leadership, customer handling skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management: Lead and oversee all quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Customer Handling: Manage relationships with automobile industry clients, addressing quality concerns and ensuring satisfaction.Audit Management: Prepare for and successfully manage customer audits, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product and process quality.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.QualificationsMinimum 12 years of work experience in Quality, preferably in the wiring harness industry.Educational background in Electronics Engineering.Proven experience in handling customers from the automobile industry.Strong expertise in managing customer audits.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
