Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for creating and executing plans to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of battery assembly line and Vehicle assembly line equipment, machinery and conveyorsThis involves developing strategies for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and improvements to kill the phenomenaPlan and execute the patrolling maintenance checks to identify any potential issues or equipment failures that may disrupt the productivityThis includes inspecting equipment machinery and conveyors, monitoring performance and plan to implement short term countermeasure and permanent countermeasureWhen the equipment fails or malfunctions, You need to diagnose the problem and implement repairs according to the production situationThis may involve replacing parts or performing adjustments or other corrective measuresAll failures need to be properly analyzed and countermeasures to be implemented based on the severity of the failuresTrain your maintenance associates to scale up their troubleshooting skills to minimize the downtime & increase the machine up timeNeed to plan and execute the preventive maintenance schedule monthly, weekly and daily plans as per the annual maintenance plan to minimize the downtimePlan and execute weekly checks for the critical equipment and upkeep the check points based on the past failuresYou may need to collaborate with other departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure that their plans and align with the department goals and objectivesThis might involve coordinating with with production teams to minimize disruptions and increase the machine uptimeMaintaining accurate records and documenting all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs and equipment performanceMaintain failure history of all the equipment with proper analysis and counter measure report with implementation proofsPrepare the machine wise spare parts matrix with sufficient details Need to ensure the spare parts are ordered based on the ABC criteria and track the delivery schedules of spare partsMaintain inventory levels so that necessary components are available when needed

Ideal Candidate

Diploma (6+ years) or B.E. (4+ years) in Automobile or EV OEM industriesAdvanced PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting using Siemens and Mitsubishi systemsProgramming and troubleshooting for Epson robots, plus targeted diagnostics on Amada welding robotsHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Maintenance Module for asset and work order managementIn-depth knowledge and practical expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic circuit design and troubleshootingMaintenance and operational experience with industrial conveyors and number punching machinesPreparation, maintenance, and compliance for ISO 9001:2015 quality management auditsProven track record in Kaizen implementation and horizontal deployment across production lines
