Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for setting up and leading Battery / Vehicle assembly - Production team related activities at RiverDeveloping safe shopfloor meeting ISO14001 & 45001 standardsCreating and maintaining all relevant documents meeting ISO9001 requirementsUpholding processes, work instructions and necessary quality inspection steps to ensure timely readiness of productsHiring, training & supervising engineers and technicians for production teamDeveloping a high performing team with a continuous improvement mindsetPlanning production shifts to ensure daily / monthly targets are met Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use by other departments as neededEncouraged to suggest necessary changes in processes to make products easy to assembleSharing the feedback w.r.t machines / parts / processes to ensure ergonomics and efficiencyYou will be responsible for line balancing to optimize production line efficiency and for maintaining a clean work space promoting 5SOptimize cost through COPQ reduction and consumable usage optimization Preparing and maintaining annual OpeX budget

Has an excellent attitude to ensure production of a quality product 8+ years of experience in managing assembly lines to ensure production activities has been handled in a timely mannerB.E/B.
