🔹 Job Purpose

The role is responsible for developing color formulations for international markets and supporting projects within the Color Development Centre through creative, innovative and technically sound approaches.

🔹 Role & Responsibilities

Develop solid color formulations independently as per defined requirements and priorities.Interpret color measurements, formulation calculations and spray-panel results.Work with pigments and effect pigments, including microscopic evaluation where required.Use relevant color measurement instruments and software for color development.Ensure accuracy and quality of developed formulas against technical, visual and measured requirements.Handle color-related complaint activities and support troubleshooting.Identify and suggest improvements to color development methods, tools and processes.Maintain required quality, calibration, documentation and HSE&S standards.Provide project support and contribute to the development of trainees and junior color matchers.

🔎 Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals with:1–4 years of experience in Color Development / Color Matching.Hands-on experience in paints & coatings and different product lines.Knowledge of colorimetry, paint products, pigments and color processes.Basic understanding of coatings chemistry, polymers and reaction mechanisms.Color Matcher C or B certification will be an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.Creative and innovative approach with strong attention to detail.Good communication, teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
